Hot for your health! Part 2

As an update to the Hot for your health program at work, we have now finished 2 sessions of it, and are beginning a third. The second session involved teams. Each team tracked their miles and worked on a weekly goal. At the end, the team that had traveled the most miles won. My team worked so hard and we ended up winning by over 1000 miles. For my part, I was bicycling about 3-5 times per week. It felt so good, and with benefits. Since my knee surgery in March, I have lost 30 pounds! I feel better, I am more agile, but still have a long way to go. My goal is to get down under 200 pounds. I haven't been there probably since before getting married in 1999. We shall see how it goes.
