- No soda
- 64 oz. Water daily
- 5 fruits and veggies combined
- 10,000 steps/day
- 45 minutes of cardiovascular and/or strength training
- Eat a healthy lunch
- No "junk food"
Each person chooses 4 of them and does them 4 days a week. I have been doing it for about a month now and I am amazed at how much healthier I feel. I don't get headaches as much, I have more energy, etc. Pretty amazing what healthy habits can do. I just hope they stay habits.
