Hot for your health!

KSL's insurance company, DMBA has begun a little competition with the employees here. It is called Hot for your Health! There are seven options, they are:

  • No soda
  • 64 oz. Water daily
  • 5 fruits and veggies combined
  • 10,000 steps/day
  • 45 minutes of cardiovascular and/or strength training
  • Eat a healthy lunch
  • No "junk food"

Each person chooses 4 of them and does them 4 days a week. I have been doing it for about a month now and I am amazed at how much healthier I feel. I don't get headaches as much, I have more energy, etc. Pretty amazing what healthy habits can do. I just hope they stay habits.
